Saphyrion IC product line consists of radiation hardened RF analog and mixed-signal devices meant to implement the
RF receiver section of high quality GNSS receivers. They consist of RF front-ends (SY1007/08) and AD/DA-converter/interface
(SY1017/17C) ASICs. Their typical use is in professional GNSS receivers, targeted towards high reliability and aerospace applications.
All GNSS frequencies (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS) are covered by these devices. Space qualified versions to ESA ESCC9000 will be available.

ASIC Design
With its >10 years expertise in RF and analog IC designs, Saphyrion can deliver ASIC engineering or designs to
customer's specifications, as well as RF testing and validation.
The following are examples that were designed or produced at Saphyrion:
- Dual band GPS L1/Galileo E1 and GPS L2C RF front-end, 0.18um SiGe process.For high performance mid
volume commercial applications (PNDs, car entertainment, professional receivers).
- High integration GPS L1/Galileo E1 RF front-end section for a GNSS receiver, 65nm CMOS process.
For high volume lowest cost applications (cellphones, media players, cameras, PNDs).
- Power management section for various GNSS receiver ASICs. 0.35um BiCMOS and 180nm to 65nm CMOS processes.
Voltage references, regulators, RTC and NVRAM management, temperature sensors, AD/DA-converters.
